Drive benefits management at 7-Eleven as a Canadian Benefits Analyst. Oversee perks programs, manage enrollments, and collaborate on plan designs while ensuring smooth operations. Reporting to the Director of Benefits, you will handle the administration of Canadian benefits, including the Retirement Plan and Group Insurance programs. This role demands skills in vendor management, employee communication, and benefits analysis. Your contributions will ensure that employees are informed about their options and that the company's benefits remain competitive. Key Responsibilities:
• Administer Canadian Retirement Plan and oversee performance
• Revise member plan booklets and communication materials
• Enroll Group RRSP applicants into Oracle system
• Manage RFP and vendor selection processes
• Process life and disability claims for employees Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in business or related field
• 2-3 years in insurance or benefits administration
• Proficient in Oracle HRIS and written communication
• Strong analytical skills for plan monitoring
• Familiarity with benefit costs and regulations Elevate employee experience by managing and improving benefits programs at 7-Eleven in Canada.
