Your responsibilities will revolve around managing Order to Cash activities, addressing customer inquiries, and troubleshooting order block issues. A strong emphasis on process improvement through LEAN tools will enhance agile operations. Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and optimize Order to Cash activities efficiently
• Resolve demand capture failures and blocked order issues
• Validate customer deductions and compliance fines accurately
• Investigate transportation and billing issues thoroughly
• Collaborate with stakeholders to address data issues Requirements:
• Strong communication skills with stakeholders
• Ability to multi-task and perform under pressure
• Intermediate proficiency in MS Office tools
• Bachelor's degree in Business or Supply Chain preferred
