This 12-month contract position focuses on handling customer inquiries, resolving order block issues, and validating compliance fines.
You will be integral in investigating transportation and warehousing concerns while collaborating with stakeholders to address master data issues. An emphasis on process improvement using LEAN tools ensures an agile workplace.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize Order to Cash activities
- Resolve demand capture failures and blocked orders
- Validate customer deductions and compliance fines
- Investigate transportation and billing issues
- Collaborate with stakeholders to tackle data issues
Requirements
- Robust communication skills with stakeholders
- Ability to multi-task and handle pressure
- Intermediate proficiency in MS Office
- Bachelor’s degree in Business/Supply Chain preferred
- Bilingual English and French skills are a plus
