Ipex Benefits And Leave Programs Analyst Toronto

Join IPEX as a Benefits and Leave Programs Analyst in Oakville, Markham, or Montreal to enhance employee programs across North America. In this energetic role, focus on process improvements and data analytics to elevate employee experiences. As part of IPEX, you will support benefits and leave management while collaborating closely with HR teams.
This role will challenge you to bring structure to complex processes and streamline communication for both hourly and salaried employees. You will play a key role in enhancing compliance and program effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities Administer and improve employee benefits and leave programs
Handle enhancements and execution including open enrollment cycles
Produce clear communication from complex perks data
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements in Canada and the U.S.
Provide support resolving employee inquiries promptly
Requirements At least 3 years in employee advantages management
Proficient in Canadian benefits, with knowledge of U.S. regulations
Familiarity with health and wellness benefit programs
Strong analytical skills, especially in data management
Effective verbal and written communication abilities
