Program Manager for ERP Implementation

Lead the ERP implementation project at WildBrain in Toronto with a focus on Microsoft Dynamics 365. This hybrid role emphasizes strategic oversight, resource management, and partner accountability.

As a Program Manager, you will directly coordinate the Business Central implementation across various WildBrain units. You’ll report to the VP of Technology Solutions and work closely with internal teams such as Finance, Data, and Legal. Strong project management experience in complex ERP implementations is essential, as you will be responsible for scheduling, budgeting, and ensuring stakeholder engagement throughout the project’s phases.

Key Responsibilities: • Oversee integrated program plan and schedule • Manage Systems Integrator for quality and cost commitments • Conduct regular Steering Committee meetings to review status • Drive phase-based delivery and risk assessment • Facilitate user adoption through targeted training initiatives

Requirements: • Proven experience in enterprise ERP project management • Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics 365 preferred • Strong vendor management skills • Solid grasp of finance domain • Excellent executive communication abilities
