Senior Data Analyst At Toronto General Hospital Winnipeg

Elevate your career as a Senior Data Analyst in the Data & Analytics department at Toronto General Hospital. This full time role focuses on AI database design, optimization, and implementation. In this position, you will report to the Principal Advanced Analytics Consultant.
You’ll engage with AI technologies, providing creative solutions that enhance healthcare analytics and improve operational workflows.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and maintain enterprise vector databases for AI applications
- Develop and optimize embedding pipelines for database efficiency
- Implement advanced semantic search and retrieval architectures
- Integrate databases with platforms like Azure AI Search and Qdrant
- Establish best practices for data storage and governance
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Data Science
- 3-5 years of experience in AI or data science
- Solid Python and SQL programming skills
- Experience with machine learning frameworks
- Familiarity with Azure AI tools and healthcare data solutions
