We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Recruiter to join our team in Montreal for a 6-month contract. In this hybrid role, you’ll manage full-cycle recruitment processes, build diverse talent pipelines, and partner with hiring managers to fulfill their staffing needs. Your contributions will enhance our stakeholder relationships and ensure an inclusive hiring experience.

Key Responsibilities: • Execute full-cycle recruitment across various business functions • Source and engage high-quality candidates through multiple channels • Build and maintain diverse talent pipelines • Conduct structured interviews and behavioral assessments • Support recruitment metrics tracking and reporting initiatives

Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience • Minimum 5 years of recruitment experience • Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn Recruiter • Experience with ATS and HR systems • Professional proficiency in English and French preferred
