Transform operational finance at a growing manufacturer as a Senior Plant Finance Controller in the Greater Toronto Area. • Lead all operational and cost accounting efforts

• Analyze labour reports and track KPI variances
• Implement KPI dashboards to improve operations Requirements:
• Extensive experience in operational finance
• Familiar with ERP systems in manufacturing
• Background in aerospace, automotive, or medical devices
• Proven ability in process implementation
