Step into a Senior Finance Manager role with a globally recognized technology company in Toronto. This hybrid position focuses on consolidating financial operations and supporting compliance initiatives. This newly created role, part of a high-growth environment, calls for a seasoned accounting leader to join our client’s finance team. You will oversee a variety of financial functions, including treasury management, budgeting, and enhancing reporting efficiencies. Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as senior leader in global finance operations
- Own financial statement consolidation in accordance with IFRS
- Mentor the accounting team and manage external partners
- Drive SOX compliance initiatives and monitor internal controls
- Partner with FP&A for effective reporting and analysis
- CPA designation required, IFRS knowledge essential
- 5+ years of leadership experience in finance
- Big 4 training and public company experience preferred
- Strong communication skills for senior leadership engagement
- Legal eligibility to work in Canada is required
