Experienced Financial Analyst Needed

Siemens Energy is hiring in Oakville, Ontario for an experienced Financial Analyst to enhance financial transparency and efficiency. Get involved in comprehensive financial planning and support audits. This role is perfect for a finance professional with at least 5 years of experience, adept at handling various tasks in Accounting or Finance. You will focus on P&L reviews, financial forecasting, and monthly reporting while ensuring adherence to Siemens Energy Financial Reporting Guidelines. Collaborate with teams across the organization to provide insights and help manage budgets effectively. Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and automate processes for financial reporting
• Perform detailed P&L reviews and financial analysis
• Assist with month-end close and journal entry preparation
• Prepare critical financial reports for senior stakeholders
• Engage in account reconciliations and cash flow reviews Requirements:
• BS/BA in Accounting or Finance required
• 5+ years of successful financial experience
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
