As an experienced all-lines adjuster reporting to the VP of BC Operations, you will handle diverse claims, assess damages, and interact with claimants. Your commitment to quality and integrity will shine through while negotiating settlements and ensuring compliance with statutory requirements. Key Responsibilities:
• Assess damages and create scopes of repair for claims
• Review policy wording for coverage determination
• Investigate claims and communicate findings in detailed reports
• Authorize or deny coverage based on investigation results
• Negotiate settlements with insureds or claimants based on guidelines Requirements:
• Minimum one year of adjusting experience
• Property claims handling experience required
• Insurance Adjuster Level 1 or 2 License, or qualifications to obtain
• CIP Designation, or in progress
• Strong mathematical and problem-solving skills Utilize your adjusting expertise and customer service skills to thrive in a balanced, independent work environment with Kernaghan Adjusters.
