Internal Claims Adjuster - Casualty Role

Excel in a hybrid work environment as an Internal Claims Adjuster for Intact, specializing in casualty claims. This role expects candidates to possess a 5-A Claims Adjuster License and offers responsibilities such as analyzing claims and conducting negotiations. Your tasks will also encompass customer communication and collaboration with various departments to deliver the best results. Key Responsibilities:
• Listen to customers and explain claim processes clearly
• Analyze insurance policies for claim coverage
• Gather information regarding loss circumstances
• Evaluate liability based on investigation findings
• Negotiate settlements with third parties when needed Requirements:
• 5-A Claims Adjuster License required
• College diploma or equivalent training preferred
• 6 months to 1 year of claims adjusting experience
• Bilingualism in English and French is necessary
