• Underwrite Commercial P&C accounts with keen assessment
• Establish and negotiate coverage terms and pricing
• Build and maintain broker partnerships successfully
• Monitor and analyze relevant market conditions
• Contribute insights to underwriting guidelines and education Requirements:
• Minimum of 5 years in Commercial P&C underwriting
• Post-secondary education or equivalent experience
• CIP designation, either completed or in progress
• Excellent negotiation and relationship management skills
