Job Overview Randstad is looking for a Claims Handler to work for a well‑known financial company in the Oakville area. This is a full time, permanent hybrid position.

Location Oakville

Compensation Annual salary $64,000 - 68,000

Hours of Operation Monday – Friday 8:30am – 5:00pm

Hybrid Schedule 3 days in office, 2 days at home

Responsibilities

Process and review claims for coverage as per company policies and coverage guidelines

Provide superior customer service to clients via portal, email, and phone

Develop internal and external partnerships to enhance overall customer service experience

Provide information on denied claims

Prepare detailed support documents

Engage with external stakeholders to confirm outstanding accounts, where required

Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

Ability to work with high volume claim files

Strong communications and interpersonal skills

Real Estate and Legal Assistant experience can be an asset

Ability to review documents and re‑calculate adjustments made in a real estate transaction

Prior customer service experience

Detail oriented and proven ability to multi‑task in a fast‑paced environment

Team player
