This role requires detail-oriented problem-solving skills to manage accounts and improve collection processes. We are seeking a Collections Analyst with at least three years of experience in credit and collections, particularly in a multi BU setting.
You will handle B2B and B2C accounts across North America, engage in resolution of payment discrepancies, and communicate effectively with customers. Your expertise in ERP systems and advanced analytical abilities will contribute significantly to our financial success.
Responsibilities Manage collections portfolio effectively through timely calls
Generate and reconcile customer portal reports with aging reports
Escalate problematic accounts to management for action
Ensure compliance with legal and company collection policies
Collaborate with teams to enhance efficiency in processes
Requirements Minimum three years’ experience in credit and collections
Proficient in ERP systems like IFS and D365
Solid knowledge of collections principles and regulations
Advanced skills in MS Excel, Word, and Power BI
Solid communication and negotiation abilities
