Key Responsibilities Manage and troubleshoot complex chemical processes
Train and support junior technicians for success
Take charge during the Team Leader's absence
Coordinate daily tasks with Team Leaders
Engage in preventive maintenance and process improvements
Requirements College Diploma or Degree required
2+ years in chemical manufacturing with cGMP
Experienced in handling hazardous materials
Knowledge of pharmaceutical processing equipment
Solid communication skills in English
