3‑5 years of insurance claims experience with a proven track record of handling files from intake through to resolution. CIP designation (or actively working towards completion); post‑secondary education is a strong asset. Exceptional attention to detail—you catch what others miss and turn it into actionable intelligence. Professional‑grade communication skills in both written and verbal formats; you can explain complex coverage to anyone. Advanced proficiency with MS Office and claims management systems.
