La principale fonction de l’analyste en réapprovisionnement, chaîne d’approvisionnement est de soutenir les activités du commerce interentreprises et du grand public en fournissant la bonne quantité de stocks, au bon moment, au bon endroit pour servir l’entreprise et nos clients. Le candidat idéal devra avoir le souci du détail, être proactif et très organisé en ayant un esprit d’analyse solide pour prendre des décisions axées sur les données. La collaboration avec les équipes interfonctionnelles, y compris les partenaires du marchandisage et les partenaires fournisseurs, est essentielle pour assurer le bon déroulement des activités et atteindre les objectifs en matière de stocks. Responsabilités
Surveiller et gérer les niveaux de stocks pour les produits nationaux et importés. Travailler à la conciliation des contraintes budgétaires tout en assurant des niveaux d'articles en stock et des taux de remplissage optimaux. Atteindre les objectifs de rotation afin d’optimiser le flux des produits et réduire les coûts de possession. Mettre en œuvre des stratégies visant à réduire les stocks excédentaires, minimiser les ruptures de stock et améliorer la rotation globale des stocks. Surveiller et améliorer continuellement l’exactitude des prévisions, en tenant compte de la saisonnalité et des activités promotionnelles. Élaborer et exécuter des plans de réapprovisionnement pour soutenir les transitions de produits et les nouveaux programmes. Utiliser les outils et les données d’analyse pour prendre des décisions éclairées concernant le réapprovisionnement des stocks. Qualifications
Baccalauréat en gestion de la chaîne d’approvisionnement, en ingénierie, en commerce ou dans un domaine connexe, de préférence. Connaissance des processus de la chaîne d’approvisionnement nationale et internationale. Expérience avérée du réapprovisionnement de la chaîne d’approvisionnement ou de la gestion des stocks. Expérience des logiciels de service d’information décisionnelle/aide à la décision. Maîtrise de l’utilisation des logiciels de réapprovisionnement/gestion de la chaîne d’approvisionnement et des outils d’analyse. Avantages
