Senior Business Analyst in Digital Identity

We are seeking an experienced Lead Business Analyst with over seven years in business analysis, emphasizing digital and identity projects. You will be responsible for shaping complex workflows, creating user stories, and developing acceptance criteria. Your role will be pivotal in coordinating efforts with Product Owners and cross-functional teams. Key Responsibilities:
- Decompose workflows and data requirements for IAA solutions
- Develop and refine actionable acceptance criteria in multiple formats
- Coordinate backlog refinement with Product Owners effectively
- Facilitate collaboration across cross-functional teams
- Ensure compliance with documentation standards and best practices
- 7+ years of experience in business analysis
- 3+ years in senior business analyst roles
- Expertise in creating detailed and clear requirements
- Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps
- Strong skills in digital identity and access management
