Key Responsibilities
- Maintain client databases related to customs and ensure their accuracy.
- Audit B3 documents for compliance and correctness.
- Address and resolve potential client disputes efficiently.
- Implement improvements in the customs support processes.
- Assist the freight department to maintain operational efficiency.
Requirements
- 5 years of experience in Customs Brokerage.
- College Diploma in a related field (preferred).
- In-depth knowledge of Canadian customs processes.
- Familiarity with CargoWise One system (desirable).
- CCS, CTCS, LCB certifications (advantageous).
