Elevate your career as a Senior Enterprise Software Analyst. Responsibilities
- Enhance IT frameworks for IT requests and incident management.
- Collaborate on IT control documentation and system assessments.
- Analyze business operations to provide actionable recommendations.
- Review current systems and develop improvement strategies.
- Lead system performance evaluations and vendor collaborations.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of enterprise software support experience.
- College diploma in Computer Sciences or similar field.
- Knowledge of C#, T-SQL, and Visual Basic is a plus.
- Involvement with Salesforce or municipal systems highly regarded.
- Solid communication and analytical skills.
