Elevate employee relations at Galderma as a Senior HR Generalist in Toronto. Leverage your HR expertise to enhance workplace culture and compliance while supporting team members’ growth. In this Toronto-based role, you will work closely with the Head of HR, Canada, near Bay Street. Your responsibilities will include guiding managers through performance management and employee investigations. By implementing targeted strategies for employee relations, your contribution will significantly impact HR effectiveness. Key Responsibilities:
• Guide managers on performance management and investigations
• Champion consistent HR policy application across departments
• Identify gaps and implement targeted employee relations strategies
• Develop engaging training and comprehensive documentation
• Assist in managing organizational changes effectively Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or Business
• Minimum 8 years of HR experience focusing on employee relations
• CHRP, CHRL designation or actively pursuing it
• Proven skills in case management and advisory roles
