Human Resources Generalist Toronto SickKids

Advance your HR career as a Human Resources Generalist at SickKids' Garry Hurvitz Centre for Community Mental Health in Toronto. This full-time role focuses on recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations. As a Human Resources Generalist, you will manage the entire recruitment process while advising both employees and managers. Your role is vital in implementing policies, managing compensation, and fostering an inclusive workplace culture. You will also ensure adherence to HR practices by training staff on HRIS and supporting payroll documentation. Key Responsibilities:
• Administer end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes
• Coordinate Human Resources policies and practices
• Support payroll documentation and resolve discrepancies
• Conduct exit interviews and analyze feedback
• Train staff on HRIS and ensure compliance Requirements:
• Post-secondary Degree in Human Resources
• Minimum five years of related experience
• Certification as a Certified Human Resources Leader preferred
• Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills
• Proficient in MS Office Suite Utilize your HR skills to enhance community mental health at SickKids.
