Human Resources Advisor with Benefits Expertise

Join a dynamic HR team as a Human Resources Advisor, focusing on employee benefits and labor relations. Your expertise will ensure compliance and support throughout the employee lifecycle. This role requires a DEC in Human Resources Management and at least three years of HR experience. You will manage benefits, retirement plans, and collaborate with managers and union partners. Strong organizational skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office are essential for success in this comprehensive human resources position. Key Responsibilities:
• Support administration of the employee lifecycle and maintain payroll records
• Manage enrollments and changes to employee benefits and insurance programs
• Monitor absences and liaise with unions as needed
• Collaborate with managers for effective labor relations
• Contribute to recruitment, onboarding, and training processes Requirements:
• DEC in Human Resources Management or equivalent
• Minimum 3 years HR-related experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
• Intermediate English for client communication
