As a permanent HR Advisor, you will be an essential support contact for department leaders, utilizing your extensive HR knowledge in a progressive social services context. A strong focus on leadership coaching and performance management will empower you to enhance organizational culture effectively. Key Responsibilities:
• Serve as the HR account manager for assigned client portfolio
• Guide leaders in HR strategies and employee relations
• Oversee daily HR program implementation and compliance
• Lead workplace investigations and fact-finding meetings
• Develop and deliver management training and key HR programs Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years’ HR experience and 2 years unionized settings
• CHRP designation required for employment
• Knowledge of HRMS and full-cycle recruitment preferred
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
