• Develop and execute annual workforce planning strategies
• Identify staffing needs and coordinate Store Job Fairs
• Build weekly staffing schedules aligning with store needs
• Analyze customer satisfaction scores for continuous improvement Requirements:
• 3-5 years HR Generalist experience preferred
• Broad knowledge of HR disciplines required
• Strong organization and prioritization skills
• Flexible schedule including evenings and weekends
• Retail or Hospitality experience is beneficial Leverage your HR expertise to build a productive workforce at The Home Depot.
