Senior Human Resources Partner Hybrid

Fuze HR Solutions seeks a Senior Human Resources Business Partner for a high-growth organization. This hands-on role focuses on employee relations, health & safety, and HR compliance across Canada. This 3 to 6-month contract offers seasoned HR professionals the chance to lead during a leave of absence. You will partner closely with leadership while developing policies and ensuring compliance. A hybrid work arrangement allows flexibility with at least one day per week onsite in Markham, Ontario, or Montreal. Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee employee relations and workplace investigations
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
- Manage health & safety governance across provinces
- Conduct compliance reviews to strengthen governance
- Collaborate with leaders to build HR structure
- 7+ years of HR experience in senior roles
- Strong employee relations and investigation skills
- Expertise in health & safety administration
- Knowledge of Canadian employment legislation
- Bilingual French/English is a strong asset
