HR Generalist - Employee Relations Focus

Join a scaling tech company as an HR Generalist specializing in employee relations, benefits, and compliance. Your role will be essential in fostering a positive workplace culture. This position is for a highly motivated HR Generalist with 5+ years of progressive experience, particularly in multi-state environments. You will be the trusted partner for employees and managers, tackling employee issues, administering global benefits, and ensuring compliance with US employment laws. Key Responsibilities:
• Serve as a resource for employee relations and conflict resolution
• Manage global benefits programs and 401(k) processes
• Ensure adherence to federal and state employment laws
• Administer leave processes and workers’ compensation claims
• Maintain HRIS data integrity and conduct audits Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years of HR generalist experience
• Strong knowledge of US federal and state employment laws
• Proven judgment in handling employee relations
• Proficiency with HRIS platforms and advanced Excel skills
