Senior HR Manager – Toronto
We are seeking a Senior HR Manager to develop and implement HR strategies, oversee HR programmes, and partner with leaders to align with business objectives. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement HR strategies to support business objectives. Oversee HR programmes and initiatives, ensuring effectiveness and compliance. Partner with leadership to align HR initiatives with organisational goals. Lead HR analytics to drive data‑informed decision‑making. Requirements Progressive HR experience with proven leadership skills. Robust analytical skills and ability to translate data into insights. Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
