Acumen Agency is a global full-spectrum professional services company serving governments, corporations, SMEs, startups, nonprofits, and individuals across international markets.

We are developing short-term rental and digital co-hosting services that can be offered to Airbnb and vacation-rental property owners under the Acumen Agency brand.

The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Airbnb and short-term rental professional who understands how to operate and grow successful Airbnb listings, while building a scalable digital co-hosting business.

The role will focus primarily on the digital and business side of co-hosting . Local services such as cleaning, maintenance, inspections, key exchange, photography, and other on-the-ground requirements can be coordinated through third-party co-hosts, property managers, contractors, and local service providers.

The successful candidate will help build the system, sell the service to property owners, manage client relationships, and ensure properties are professionally operated and financially successful.

Responsibilities

• Develop Acumen Agency's digital Airbnb co-hosting service.
• Identify and recruit Airbnb, VRBO, and vacation-rental property owners as clients.
• Conduct business development and sell digital co-hosting services.
• Manage and optimize Airbnb listings, profiles, descriptions, pricing, availability, calendars, and guest communications.
• Develop strategies to improve occupancy, bookings, reviews, revenue, and profitability.
• Manage digital guest communication and booking-related activities.
• Develop standardized operating procedures for digital co-hosting.
• Coordinate local cleaning, maintenance, inspections, photography, repairs, and other physical services through third-party providers.
• Build relationships with reliable local co-hosts, property managers, cleaners, contractors, photographers, and other service providers.
• Develop a scalable international network of local partners.
• Monitor property performance and provide owners with reporting and recommendations.
• Develop pricing and service packages for Acumen's co-hosting clients.
• Identify additional services that can increase client value and revenue.
• Develop referral, partnership, and property-owner acquisition programs.
• Track properties managed, bookings, occupancy, revenue, client acquisition, retention, and profitability.
• Build the systems necessary to manage an expanding portfolio of properties remotely.

Qualifications

• Experience with Airbnb, vacation rentals, short-term rentals, co-hosting, or property management .
• Strong understanding of Airbnb listing optimization and short-term rental operations.
• Experience managing guest communications and booking operations.
• Understanding of pricing, occupancy, reviews, and revenue optimization.
• Strong business-development and sales abilities.
• Experience acquiring Airbnb/property-management clients is highly valuable.
• Ability to develop relationships with local service providers and third-party operators.
• Strong organizational and technology skills.
• Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to build a scalable service from the ground up.
• Previous experience monetizing or operating a successful Airbnb/co-hosting business is strongly preferred.

Compensation & Career Opportunity

This is a performance-based opportunity , with compensation tied to measurable results including property owners acquired, properties onboarded, bookings, revenue, client retention, and profitability.

Successful candidates may transition into a full-time salaried position and potentially lead Acumen Agency's global short-term rental and property-services division.

This is an opportunity to build an international co-hosting business under an established professional services brand without necessarily requiring Acumen Agency to maintain physical operations at every property.
