Superviser et optimiser la production pour assurer qualité élevée et livraisons à temps. Atteindre les objectifs stratégiques via les KPI. Assurer le respect des normes santé & sécurité et des politiques internes.
Responsabilités
- Contrôler les coûts et ajuster au besoin.
- Collaborer avec la maintenance pour les équipements.
- Recruter, former et évaluer les employés.
- Gérer horaires, conflits et performance.
- Motiver l'équipe à atteindre les objectifs.
- Organiser des formations pour développer les compétences.
- Maintenir un atelier propre, organisé et bien approvisionné.
- Assurer le respect des normes qualité (BPF).
- Gérer les plaintes clients avec le service qualité.
- Produire des rapports de performance.
- Identifier les axes d'amélioration.
- Optimiser les processus et la productivité.
Qualifications
- Diplôme en ingénierie / opérations ou expérience équivalente.
- 7+ ans en gestion de production (milieu manufacturier idéal).
- Excellente organisation et gestion du temps.
- Connaissance des normes qualité & sécurité.
Production Manager
Oversee and optimize production for high quality & on-time delivery. Align operations with KPIs and company goals. Ensure compliance with health, safety & industry standards.
Responsibilities
- Manage labor, schedules & costs for smooth operations.
- Oversee materials flow & shipments.
- Maintain safety and policy compliance.
- Coordinate with maintenance on equipment.
- Hire, train, supervise & evaluate staff.
- Handle schedules, issues & training.
- Ensure clean, stocked, organized workspace.
- Maintain product quality.
- Resolve customer issues with QA.
- Drive continuous improvement & efficiency.
Qualifications
- Degree in engineering/operations or equivalent.
- 7+ years in production management.
- Strong leadership & organization.
- Knowledge of quality & safety standards.
- MS Office + ERP experience.
- Good communication skills.
