Sales and Marketing Manager Montreal

Le Nouvel Hotel seeks a dynamic Sales and Marketing Manager in downtown Montreal. Drive revenue, enhance client relations, and lead a strong sales team in this full-time role. As the Assistant Director of Sales & Marketing, you will report to the General Manager. Your mission will focus on developing and retaining corporate clients, implementing strategic sales approaches, and enhancing customer satisfaction. Your experience in hotel sales will be paramount as you manage existing accounts while seeking new business opportunities. Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and analyze sales reports and forecasts
- Manage and develop an existing client portfolio effectively
- Dedicate time to prospect new business and partnerships
- Support the sales team through training and procedures
- Maintain communication with various hotel departments
- 4-6 years of hotel sales experience required
- Bilingual in French and English for international service
- Proven client retention and relationship-building skills
- Knowledge of the OPERA system preferred
- Must possess a valid driver's license for travel
