What You Will Be Doing:
- Lead multiple client accounts and operational teams
- Develop and mentor managers and emerging leaders
- Drive operational excellence, client satisfaction, and financial performance
- Manage complex, multi-site operations across diverse service environments
- Partner with senior leadership on growth initiatives and strategic planning
