Senior ERP Project Manager (Montreal)

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the sales team (Account Managers and Solution Architects) to assess project scope and plan during the sales cycles
• Plan, organize, direct, and control all project activities, including scope, budget, timeline, and quality
• Manage project governance meetings, effectively communicate project objectives, and provide clear directions to the project team
• Identify project risks and implement strategies to minimize their impacts
• Guide and support consultants/advisors assigned to the project, evaluate their performance, and provide constructive feedback
• Produce and communicate weekly project progress reports to stakeholders
• Ensure client satisfaction by managing their expectations, focusing on achieving their objectives, and providing guidance throughout the project
• Play an active role in the continuous improvement of project delivery methodologies

Qualifications

• Minimum of ten (10) years of experience in IT project management, including ERP system implementation using agile (scrum) and waterfall methodologies
• Extensive experience with either:
  • SAP solutions (i.e.: S4/HANA, S/4HANA Cloud, and SAP Analytics Cloud)
  • Microsoft Solutions (i.e.: Tier 1, NAV, AX, Business Central, F&O)
• PMP certification is a significant asset
• Good knowledge of business processes in retail, distribution, manufacturing, or general services
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and French
• Demonstrated autonomy, initiative, and resourcefulness in project management; strong interpersonal skills and a team-oriented mindset
• Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
