Store Manager pour Swatch à Montréal

Rejoignez Swatch en tant que Store Manager au Centre Eaton à Montréal pour orchestrer des ventes et améliorer l’expérience client à chaque visite. Engagez-vous à créer un environnement de travail où le design et la mode brillent. Dans ce rôle, vous collaborerez étroitement avec le Directeur de marque et serez essentiel à la gestion des opérations. Vous serez chargé de définir des cibles de vente motivantes et de piloter l'équipe vers l’atteinte des résultats. Ce poste impacte directement la fidélité des clients et le succès global du magasin. Responsabilités clés :
- Établir des objectifs de vente ambitieux
- Gérer les opérations du magasin et du personnel
- Superviser la formation et l’évaluation des équipes
- Maintenir l’esthétique du merchandising
- Respecter les normes de sécurité et d'hygiène
- Minimum de 3 ans d'expérience en gestion dans le secteur du détail
- Leadership avéré avec autonomie
- Disponibilité pour travailler le week-end
- Connaissance des outils de vente au détail
- Compétences informatiques adéquates
