- Diriger l'équipe pour réaliser les objectifs de vente
- Créer un environnement de travail engageant
- Mettre en œuvre les pratiques de sécurité et opérations
- Améliorer les performances ventes et service client
- Collaborer avec les partenaires d’initiatives clés
- Minimum 6 ans d'expérience client dans le retail
- Minimum 4 ans d'expérience en management
- Compétences sur Microsoft Office et systèmes retail
- Disponibilité pour travailler soirées et week-ends
- Bilingue en français et anglais
