Senior Associate, Workforce Transformation (Bilingual FR/ENG) (Montreal)

At PwC, our Management and Organization Consulting team supports organizations in their organizational transformation initiatives. Our professionals accompany clients throughout their transformation journeys, including aligning operating models with business strategy, upskilling talent and human resources, improving employee engagement, and managing change. As a Senior Associate, Workforce Transformation, you will play a key role in delivering end-to-end transformation projects, leveraging your expertise and understanding of management concepts.

Responsibilities

• Work with PwC teams and client teams on client engagements, from strategy through implementation.
• Contribute to a wide range of business development activities to identify opportunities with new and existing clients.
• Develop your own technical skills and those of your team at the local, national, and global levels within our network.
• Stay current on developments in your areas of expertise and in the industries served; contribute to the development of PwC’s knowledge and points of view.
• Continue to build strong internal relationships and strengthen positioning within PwC.

Qualifications

• Solid interest in skills development in a digital environment and in technological trends, with openness to learning to work with new tools and adopting new ways of working.
• Demonstrated commitment to valuing differences, collaborating with people from diverse backgrounds, and welcoming a variety of perspectives.
• Experience evaluating and improving organizational models, developing target structures and governance, supporting change management, and ensuring stakeholder engagement through effective communication; assessing talent and skills, recommending upskilling and talent evolution strategies, and leading collaborative working sessions with internal and client teams.
• Strong autonomy, genuine enthusiasm for client work and teamwork.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously and thrive in ambiguous contexts, particularly during client transformations.
• Collaborative and curious profile, with a strong desire to learn.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills, storytelling abilities, and experience designing and presenting deliverables, particularly using PowerPoint.
• Fluency in English; proficiency in French is required to support or collaborate with English‑speaking clients, colleagues and/or stakeholders during the course of employment with PwC Canada.

Compensation and Benefits

Salary range: $84,700 - $134,700, reflecting the expected hiring range for PwC locations in major city centres. Base salary is determined by your skills, experience, qualifications and work location. Eligible employees may have opportunities to participate in variable incentive pay programs designed to reward individual and firm‑wide achievements.
