Senior Associate in HR Workforce Transformation

Drive organizational change as a Senior Associate with PwC in workforce consulting. Focus on talent strategies and HR technology to enhance client effectiveness and engagement. This role involves delivering high-profile engagements in people and talent strategies, HR function effectiveness, and innovative HR technology assessments. You will spend 70-80% of your time on project delivery and 20-30% on practice growth, identifying new opportunities and contributing to thought leadership in the HR field. Key Responsibilities:

- Assess and implement HR technology solutions like SAP or Workday
- Conduct workforce planning and analytics for clients
- Identify growth opportunities and develop client proposals
- Facilitate workshops and foster a collaborative culture
- Consulting experience across multiple industries
- Technical understanding of HR functions and processes
- Exposure to cloud-based HR implementations
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Bilingual in English and French for client support
