Senior Consultant for Organizational Transformation

Lead organizational change as a Senior Consultant for Organizational Transformation at Autodesk. This role focuses on enhancing organizational agility and performance through strategic consulting. In this hybrid position, based in Portland, Denver, Montreal, or Toronto, you'll partner with business leaders to assess and improve organizational operations. You will provide expert advice on organization effectiveness frameworks and collaborate closely with various teams to deliver cohesive solutions. Your experience in navigating complex organizational structures will be invaluable. Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with leaders to diagnose and enhance organizational effectiveness
- Design solutions for organization transformation and change management
- Translate business strategies into actionable workforce implications
- Provide leadership on specific design and transformation initiatives
- Build relationships for sharing insights and best practices
- Minimum 6-8 years in organization effectiveness or design roles
- Proven success in collaborating with senior leadership
- Deep knowledge of organizational systems and performance metrics
- Excellent judgment in ambiguous environments and strategic execution
- Advanced degree in Organizational Development is preferred
