Capital Markets Senior Associate Role

In this position within the Prospectus Centre of Excellence, you will oversee the preparation and coordination of prospectus deliverables for diverse financing transactions. By collaborating with accounting teams, legal counsel, and other stakeholders, you will ensure high standards of technical accuracy and service delivery. Your responsibilities will also grow to include coaching team members as your expertise deepens while contributing to process development and innovation. Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare, coordinate, and deliver prospectus-related materials
• Collaborate on technical accuracy with audit professionals
• Manage timelines with external partners
• Review documents and engage with offshore locations
• Lead improvements in service delivery processes

Requirements:

• Experience in accounting advisory or a similar field
• CPA designation or equivalent mandatory
• Proficient knowledge of IFRS and US GAAP
• Strong communication skills in both English and French
• Ability to juggle multiple deadlines effectively
