Partners in Performance - Performance Strategy Senior Associate

This role is with our Partners in Performance team, part of Accenture. Partners in Performance, Part of Accenture is a global management consulting firm with a focus on human performance working alongside client partners to make change happen. Now that you’ve finished your MBA – and maybe even had a few years in a commercial role – you’ll be looking for the opportunity to turn your insights into business results. As a Partners in Performance Senior Associate those results could impact some of the world’s largest companies.

This role combines analysis with outcomes in a way that will challenge and develop you– all the time with the full support and mentoring of your fellow Partners in Performance colleagues. Once the recommendations built on your analysis are agreed to, you can expect to work alongside clients from the shop floor to the C‑suite to help make them happen. Whether it’s process improvement, supply chain optimization or back office transformation, you’ll help turn your recommendations into results for your clients.

The nuts and bolts

We’re looking for Senior Associates in our Americas business. You’ll also need a distinction average in a Master’s degree or MBA and up to 6 years’ commercial experience is desirable. Working with analytics is like breathing to us, so Excel and general math ability are important. We love interesting people, so please include your community, sporting and volunteering experience in your CV. Our priority is to work alongside our clients at the site, where the action is happening. Work travel and working on heavy industry, construction‑like sites, are a norm for us. Come work with the front lines, boots on the ground and be a part of the action.

This position involves a significant amount of on‑site travel. The ideal candidate is comfortable and available to travel 80% as part of the role.

Basic Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional experience
• Bachelor Degree
• English is required for this position as this role will regularly interact with stakeholders across Canada, US and other countries across our global footprint where English is the common language. Due to the significant high volume of interactions with these English‑speaking stakeholders, which is inherent to this position, it is not possible to reorganize the company’s activities to avoid this requirement.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master’s Degree or MBA
• Natural Resources Industry experience and/or operations consulting experience
• Willingness and ability to travel extensively, with on‑site travel comprising approximately 80% of the role
• Experience on mining, heavy industry, or construction sites
• Analytics experience including Excel and general math

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation, based on full‑time employment, for roles that may be hired as set forth below. The recruiting efforts for this position are intended to fill a brand new position. The base pay range shown below is intended as a guideline to reflect the majority of offers for this role. It does not represent a maximum limit — in some cases, actual compensation may exceed the range where appropriate.

Hourly salary range for British Columbia/Ontario is $40.87 to $64.90.
