Senior Expert in IT Strategy and Execution

Elevate CN’s strategic initiatives as a Senior Expert focused on IT Strategy and Execution. This vital role involves managing project delivery within a Value Stream while fostering cross-functional collaboration. As a key player in the Information and Technology team, your extensive experience will guide the execution of projects aligned with CN’s goals. You'll foster relationships with delivery leads and product managers, ensuring optimal resource utilization and budget management. This role is critical for monitoring the health of projects and aligning IT capabilities with business needs. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and uphold the Value Stream vision
- Act as the escalation point for delivery resolutions
- Lead performance reporting on project KPIs
- Assist in defining release cycles with product teams
- Maintain governance and stakeholder communication
- 15 years of IT experience, including leadership roles
- 10 years managing significant deliverables
- 5 years in business-facing project leadership
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- Bilingual in English and French
