Senior IT Business Analyst at CIMA+

- Analyze business needs and document detailed requirements
- Collaborate on demand management and project prioritization
- Assess impacts of changes on operations and users
- Mentor junior analysts and promote best practices
- Act as a liaison between business units and IT teams
- Bachelor’s degree in related field
- 7-10 years of business analysis experience
- Bilingual in English and French
- Knowledge of ERP systems and project management frameworks
- Certification in business analysis is an asset
