Montreal-based IT Service Management Analyst

Contribute to IT excellence as an IT Service Management Analyst in Montreal, utilizing your bilingual skills in a hybrid role. Your expertise will drive process enhancements and user engagement. As an ITSM Analyst, you will oversee critical IT processes including Incident and Problem Management. You will leverage your technical knowledge and interpersonal skills to quickly network with IT and business teams, ensuring swift resolutions for major incidents. Your contributions will be crucial in minimizing disruptions and improving overall user experience. Key Responsibilities:
- Document and improve IT processes for optimal performance
- Facilitate major incident management and analysis
- Create and update communication materials for IT and business teams
- Collaborate on the design of ServiceNow integrations
- Develop reports that measure service quality and compliance
- Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in ITSM
- Strong understanding of IT infrastructures and service management
- Ability to manage multiple projects effectively
- Bilingual in French and English essential
