It Technical Leader In Store Support Montreal
UAP

Responsibilities
- Diagnose and fix critical incidents affecting store operations
- Provide escalated support and guidance to Level1 teams
- Manage deployment and configuration of in‑store technology
- Collaborate with vendors for IT equipment availability
- Keep track of technology deployments and improvements
Qualifications
- Diploma or degree in Computer Science or a similar field
- 3 to 5 years relevant IT support experience
- Proficient in ticketing systems, preferably ServiceNow
- Robust communication skills in both French and English
- Deep knowledge of Linux and networking concepts
