IT Change Management Communication Leader
WSP
Drive impactful change initiatives as WSP's IT OCM Communication Support Lead. Champion effective communication strategies for IT projects to enhance workforce engagement and adoption. WSP is on the lookout for an experienced leader in change management and internal communications. This role involves directing OCM plans and managing enterprise communication channels to support IT initiatives. You will work strategically with project teams and manage the IT SharePoint site while ensuring messaging consistency across the organization. Key Responsibilities:
- Create comprehensive OCM and communication strategies
- Conduct audience analyses to curate key messages
- Develop materials that facilitate change and adoption
- Oversee IT communications calendar, coordinating key dates
- Organize town halls and drop-in sessions across regions
- 5+ years in OCM or internal communications roles
- Proficiency with SharePoint, Viva Engage, and Microsoft 365
- Strong English writing and editing abilities
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
- Bilingual in English and French preferred
