IT Service Manager at General Dynamics
General Dynamics Mission Systems–Canada
Lead IT support services with General Dynamics Mission Systems-Canada in Ottawa. Enhance user experience while driving compliance and operational excellence within IT services. As an IT Services Manager, you will oversee the Service Desk and End User Services teams across Canada. Your leadership will ensure quality IT support while implementing ITIL processes and optimizing IT tools such as ServiceNow.
