Montreal AI Change Enablement Lead

Become WSP's AI Change Enablement and Communications Lead in Montreal, QC, and spearhead the adoption of cutting-edge AI practices. - Create and manage an AI-focused change and communications strategy
- Produce leader toolkits and informative internal campaigns
- Develop executive-ready readouts on AI initiatives
- Collect and analyze stakeholder feedback for ongoing improvements
- Communicate AI’s practical impacts and reinforce responsible usage
- At least 5 years in change management or digital adoption
- Proven capability in executing change management strategies
- Excellent writing and communication skills
- Experience working with diverse stakeholders
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
