Hybrid Senior Business Analyst Ottawa Halifax

Your ability to refine processes through end-user insights is key to success in this position. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the Business Analysis team focused on AJISS processes
- Collaborate with stakeholders to refine processes
- Apply LEAN techniques to assess process maturity
- Formulate effective value propositions for engagements
- Deliver comprehensive insights gathered from workshops
- University degree in Business Administration or similar
- 12+ years in process documentation
- 5+ years leading Business Analysis in large-scale projects
- Experience in Navy or Aviation maintenance
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
