Join Michael Garron Hospital as an experienced Registered Nurse specializing in Medicine and Surgery. As a Registered Nurse in the Medicine/Surgery A2 unit, you will play a key role in care planning and coordination. Your responsibilities include utilizing your advanced nursing skills to make clinical decisions and implementing therapeutic interventions. You will also ensure effective communication with patients and interdisciplinary teams in a supportive environment. Key Responsibilities:
• Lead care planning and coordination for patients
• Implement therapeutic nursing interventions and clinical decisions
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for care delivery
• Participate in quality initiatives and improvement measures
• Support cross-training in specialty areas as needed Requirements:
• Current RN registration with CNO
• 2 years of recent medical/surgical nursing experience
• Strong leadership and critical thinking skills
• Current BLS certification; ACLS preferred
• Motivation to pursue ongoing educational goals Utilize your nursing skills and leadership to enhance patient care at Michael Garron Hospital.
